Growing up in Europe, in a family with music and dance, I learnt from an early age how much fun it is to dance!
Moving to regional Australia, there were not many choices, and when I discovered Salsa classes in my area, I joined up but quickly outgrew what was offered and started to travel further to attend workshops. In 2005 when I attended a Latin workshop, and I had my first ever Bachata lesson. I had never heard of Bachata, but I really liked it and fell in love with it... Wanting to share the enjoyment of dancing the Bachata as nobody had ever heard of it along the Mid North Coast, I decided to pass on and share my knowledge and started teaching people this beautiful dance originating from the Dominican Republic. And a little later, I added Salsa. I have been teaching dance for nearly 20 years and still enjoy sharing my knowledge! Salsa and Bachata are the most popular and hottest dances on the Latin club scene today. It is fun with the hip movements, beautiful rhythms, lots of turns, and styling. I teach both Salsa & Bachata, and most students like to learn both dance styles. You can't go wrong on the Latino dance floor if you know these two dance styles!
